Launching new products across all platforms
Bus2alps, historically a student European tour operator, launched a new series of trips now targeting young professionals coming from America who wish to escape for a week to Europe (hopefully) in the upcoming summer of 2021. After helping to develop new itineraries in collaboration with our logistics team, I was in charge of branding and content creation across all platforms: print, web and social.
Brochure Design and Content Creation
Responsible for designing, writing and image selection of new brochure highlighting new products to launch summer of 2021.Features about us, trip specific pages, and how the company is planning on handling COVID restrictions and featured their updated safety protocols.
Website UX /UI Overhaul (website is run via a booking engine platform template so layout design cannot be altered)

Reduced number of key landing pages to more easily direct users to view available tours and easily book.
Programmed hero image to include CTA driving more traffic to new products page.
Reduced number of input fields and resulting in more efficient checkout process

Instagram Overhaul
I’ve recently taken over finding and editing the content for Bus2alps’ Instagram feed. Previously the images were not consistent with one another and did not have a strong brand presence or featuring engaging content.
New Statistics:
Accounts reached: +13.2%
Content Interactions: +121.2%
Newsletter Redesign
Taken over design of weekly newsletters sent and track statistics using MailChimp.
New Statistics:
Open Rate: increased from average of 16% to 27%
Click throughs: increased from average of 0.3% to 4.5%
